HAHAHA eons since i posted.

loads to fill you guys in.

okay, had another Live From Almond Ave Sessions with the band on monday and tuesday.
this time everyone turned up man!pretty awesome. melvin brought mics and his 7.2 mpx cam along the next day.

DAY 1

as soon as everyone came, we set up the "studio" downstairs, rig the sound and lights, preped the mic and so on. bernie ran soundchecks to test the acoustic of the living room, quite good actaully.

so yeah started warming up with Unholy Confessions. hahaha! wicked. fool around for some time and got down to business.hehh

bernie showed us his tune he came up with. talented. really.
then marc and yong en created some tune on the guit almost immediately. sweet i tell you.
was quite amazed, the chords and piano fitted so well.

that night i came up with some lyrics for the song. took some material i written some time back and edited abit. was too tired to improve on it further and went to get some shuteye.

DAY2

woke up at 7.45. aim for the day was to GET A BASS GUITAR!! was soo damn excited man.
well before meeting Fang at Bukit Timah Plaza, we blasted the drums and grabbed breakfast.

blahblahblah..got to BTP only to discover the price of the bass was not what we expected. so no $$

everyone was pissed man. wth.. so rushed home, didnt want to waste precious time JAMMIN'

so got home, set up the "studio" again. preped the mic and warmed up. rehersed the tune again and i showed everyone the lyrics. unfortunatly we didnt have a bass so yong en sacrificed his guit and let melvin play his part. we ran through the song and yeah it was quite amazing.

i dont know how to describe it but i felt it was good material, althought it wasnt complete.

yeah before anything else, i would like to say that the lyrics arent complete, and the vocals might not be thaat good, but hey, we did this in 2 days yo!

to me, i think we did a hell of an awesome job. we decided to go with yong en's idea of naming the band Plan A as we really cant decide on one oursleves.lol

*didnt have a mic stand so taped the mic to a cymbal stand (works perfectly i'd say!)
and used a guitar amp as te speaker. BUDGET YO!
